Sébastien Zekpa
Co-founder & CEO
Sébastien Zekpa, co-founder and CEO, has a strong business-oriented profile with expertise in marketing and finance, both in Europe and internationally.
He has significant experience in selling software solutions, including in the fields of cybersecurity and data management, as well as in creating and managing businesses. Trained at the American Business School in Paris, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Finance and a diploma in international management. In 2018, he further enhanced his skills with a postgraduate degree in cybersecurity obtained from the National College of Ireland.
Professionally, Sébastien started as a business development consultant at MD7 before founding his own recruitment firm, Eglobaltalent. He then led sales teams at IBM, served as Senior Sales Manager at Pluralsight, and more recently held the position of Regional Sales Manager at BigID.
His extensive experience in selling software solutions and his international expertise make him a key asset in steering NVEIL toward new horizons and growing its business.
Pierre JACQUET
Co-founder & CTO
Pierre Jacquet, co-founder and CTO, has a PhD in computational biology, and specializes in the visualization of complex data, with expertise in modeling, image processing, and statistical analysis.
Holding a PhD in computational biology, Pierre dedicated his thesis to studying tumor metabolism and using modeling to better understand their spatiotemporal adaptability. He also holds a master’s degree in bioinformatics and a bachelor’s degree in biology. His professional background includes various experiences, notably as a researcher at the TIMC-IMAG laboratory, where he developed NVEIL. In parallel, Pierre taught statistics courses at the University of Grenoble Alpes, sharing his passion for data analysis with his students.
Pierre has also contributed to research projects, developing 3D visualization solutions through anamorphosis, and has participated in international synthetic biology competitions. His expertise includes image processing, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling.
As CTO of NVEIL, Pierre leverages his skills to transform complex data into intuitive visualizations, thereby facilitating collaboration and analysis within scientific teams.
